Once production has started, custom-made or made-to-order products may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect, wrong item, or major fulfillment error.

Liora Lovedoll reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order for reasons including, but not limited to: payment failure, suspected fraud, incomplete or incorrect customer information, shipping restriction, product unavailable, pricing or listing error, high customs or delivery risk, violation of our policies, and legal or regulatory concerns.

If an order is cancelled by Liora Lovedoll after payment, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Liora Lovedoll does not store your full credit card number, CVV code, or sensitive banking information.

For many made-to-order dolls, Liora Lovedoll may provide factory confirmation photos or videos before shipment when available.

Customers should carefully review these materials before approving shipment.

Once the customer approves the factory confirmation photos or videos, the order will proceed to shipment.

After shipment approval, returns or refunds cannot be requested for details that were already shown in the confirmation materials, unless there is a confirmed major defect, wrong item, or serious shipping damage.

Due to the private and hygienic nature of adult products, opened, used, customized, or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed product issue.
