At Liora Lovedoll, we ship free and discreetly to the United States, the European Union, Australia, and select destinations worldwide. Where available, our free DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door service covers all import duties, customs handling, and final delivery straight to your door—so you never have to worry about surprise charges at arrival. Your privacy matters. Every package is shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no indication of adult contents, explicit wording, or identifiable branding on the outside.

Please note that all timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on factory schedules, selected customization options, quality inspection timelines, customs clearance, carrier handling, public holidays, weather conditions, and remote delivery locations.For made-to-order dolls, factory confirmation photos or videos will be shared before shipment whenever available. We will only proceed with shipping after receiving your approval, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.
DDP Tax-Included Shipping Regions
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door shipping to the following destinations: the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia. All import duties and customs clearance fees are included in our shipping rate—no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
Free Express Shipping (Customer Paid Duties)
We offer free express shipping to the following countries. Due to local customs regulations, any import duties and taxes must be paid by the customer directly to UPS. Canada, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, South Africa, Israel, South Korea. We will handle the entire customs clearance process on your behalf. You will only need to pay the applicable duties and taxes to UPS when prompted. For full-size dolls, import duties typically range from approximately USD $100–$150 (or higher), depending on the product type, declared value, destination country, and local customs regulations. If you would like an estimated duty quote before placing your order, please feel free to contact us.
Restricted Shipping Destinations
Due to local customs restrictions, carrier limitations, and import regulations for adult products, we are unable to ship to the following countries and regions: India, Brazil, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, South Sudan, the Crimea region, Russia, Belarus, and any other countries or regions where adult products are restricted or prohibited.
Liora Love Dolls reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be shipped legally or safely to the destination address.
Customs Duties & Tax Policy
For tax-included shipping regions, all import duties and customs handling fees are covered in our shipping arrangement.
For customer-duty regions, buyers are fully responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any other local charges required by the destination country.
If the customer refuses to pay required customs fees, the package may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed. All related losses and costs will be borne solely by the customer.
